 Todd Gorter is the owner and founder of Mid America Property Solutions (MAPS) and its' subsidiary, ToddCo, and has a vast array of experience within the real estate industry. Todd has over twenty years experience in residential construction and remodeling. Also, Todd has a Bachelor Degree in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University, and an Associates of Arts Degree in Fire Science from Kansas City Kansas Community College. Todd is a 1997 graduate from the Midwest Inspectors Institute and has been a Certified Home Inspector with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Todd has been doing home inspections for over fifteen years, Termite inspections, and Radon Measurement/Mitigation. Todd is certified as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator through the Kansas Department of Agriculture as well as a residential radon measurement and mitigation provider through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment(KDHE) and a member of American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists & National Environmental Health Association - National Radon Proficiency Program. He is also a registered member of the Kansas Home Inspection Registration Board (KHIRB) .
