The Winterization Report includes a detailed checklist for the home’s appropriate heating system along with photos. We recommend winterizing Vacant Properties whether the heat is on or off. Unexpected power outages or weather conditions could leave the property at risk for plumbing to freeze and burst.

Property Cleanouts include the following: REO's, Bank Owned Properties, or properties that just need cleaned up prior to listing. MAPS provides services to complete any task, large or small.

A Home Evaluation is a service that is truly unique to MAPS. Ten years in the home inspection industry as certified home inspectors, has enabled each of our evaluators to thoroughly review a home or property to determine what repairs are necessary. A Home Evaluation is a comprehensive review of the physical structure and major components to determine defects and repair costs. Other evaluations that may be included are Radon measurements, Mold evaluations, and Termite inspections. After the Home Evaluation is complete, our evaluators will meet with each client to determine which repairs or improvements will be necessary.
